Measure around the natural waistline.

Measure across the leg hem from seam to seam.

Measure along the inner leg seam from the crotch to the bottom of the hem.

Measure from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband.

Start at the center of the back waistband and measure straight down to the crotch seam.
