Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will get a shipping confirmation and tracking number the moment your order heads out. Orders placed after 12PM CST will ship the following business day. If you select express shipping after the cutoff time, your order will still ship the next business day and transit time will begin once shipped.
Shipping Times
- Standard (Domestic): 5–7 business days
- Express (Domestic): 2–3 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)
Please note, delivery timelines depend on the carrier. If you’re experiencing a delay, email us and we’ll help you out.
Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected delivery method. Domestic orders over $250 USD will receive free shipping.
International Orders
We ship globally. Import duties, customs taxes, and other fees may apply depending on your country—they’re not included at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost Packages
TT is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. If Route is purchased with your order, you will be fully protected if your order is lost and/or stolen.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is submitted, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Because orders are often packed and prepared for shipment the dame day, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes after an order is placed.
If you need to make an adjustment, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@tt-studios.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations can be made once processing has begun.
RETURNS
We want you to love what you ordered—but if it’s not the right fit, you have 15 days from the delivery date to send it back.

Return Policy (Domestic Orders):
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We have the right to refuse any returns that do not follow these conditions.
- TT will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
- A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return orders are inspected within 2-3 days of the delivery back to the warehouse. Once inspected and approved, we will then submit the refund. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement.
- Sale items are final sale.
International Returns
- Return labels are not provided. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back.
- A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
